Health Technology Wales researchers searched for evidence on interventions at the transition from children’s to adults’ services for a range of long-term health conditions. HTW’s Assessment Group decided to not progress this topic further due to limited evidence on the mid to long-term benefits of these programmes. However, this topic may be revisited when identified ongoing trials are published.
